Grotto - AI Meeting Notetaker and Summarizer Platform
AI meeting notetaker that records, transcribes, summarizes, and organizes meetings into clear actionable notes.
Item Description
Grotto AI is a self-hosted, AI-powered meeting notetaker built for teams and individuals who want full control over their meeting data. Drop it on your own server — no subscriptions, no third-party data retention — and let it handle the rest. It joins your video calls via a bot, transcribes speech in real time using AssemblyAI, then uses Groq's ultra-fast inference to write a clean summary and extract every action item — all delivered to your dashboard before the call ends.
Built on Laravel 11, Vue 3, and Inertia.js, Grotto AI is production-ready out of the box. The release ZIP includes a pre-built frontend and all Composer dependencies, so there is nothing to compile on your server. A browser-based installer walks you through the entire setup in under ten minutes. Who is it for?Freelancers, small teams, and businesses who want an AI meeting assistant they own — not rent.
One purchase, lifetime use on your own hosting.
